The clinic provides advice and facilities for cervical smears, sexual health, family planning,
Procedures including coil fitting ( 5 year hormonal coil and 10 year copper coil) and contraceptive implants ( 3 years) , depo provera injection ( 3months) – Initial discussion with Dr is followed by booking of appointment and patient has to bring the device with her . A script will be given prior to the appointment

Cervical Smear Clinic
Nurse led clinic – One Friday a month on either site ( Harbourside & St Davids Alternate)
Patients are normally invited by letter or telephone when a smear test is due. Cervical screening is recommended every 3 years for women between 20 and 64 years of age.
