Understand How Doctors Priortise Your Request

  • For Urgent and Semi- Urgent appointments, the clinicians triage the most appropriate time, place and professional that is tailored best to suit your clinical and personal needs.
  • We use a system called  askMyGP  to add patients on our triage list for the day.
  • You can add yourself to the triage system for the day via  askMyGP
  • You can register for askMyGPnow. It does not require any paperwork.
  • It is an easy and fast way to ask for any kind of help from the practice via Internet.
  • You can choose to be contacted by the surgery by telephone, secure message or video call. Video consultations are provided by our own doctors through a secure link to your mobile, tablet or laptop for no extra charge.  You can also ask for face to face appointment and it will be appointed as per clinical requirement so that we can accommodate  all patients who need physical examination at the right time by the right clinician.
  • If we need to see you, we will usually give you a face-to-face or video appointment the same day. If the problem can wait, we will give you a suitable appointment within the week or the next pre-bookable appointment.
  • You can request a particular doctor or nurse  (so long as they have availability)
  • Please provide clinical information so that we can triage your call effectively and help you in timely manner.  The link is secured between yourself and the Practice.
  • We will usually get back to you as per clinical need. Please make sure that you have provided a phone number or an email that can reach you directly. If your query is not time sensitive, we may get back to you after surgery or the next day. The doctors work until very late in the evening so please do not be alarm if you receive a telephone call from a witheld number  or email message after hours.
